These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MagicShout, operated by LogicalShout. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using MagicShout
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
3. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will convert to the plan you selected unless you cancel beforehand.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, sending spam through the platform, or using MagicShout in a way that violates applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
MagicShout and its original content, features and functionality are owned by LogicalShout and are protected by international copyright and trademark law. Your data remains yours.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your billing settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicalShout is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
